Web Advisor Password help

If you have forgotten your password, put in your full user ID, leave password blank, and click Show Hint. If you have a hint recorded, that might help you.

If your account was locked, wait 15 minutes after your last attempt to log in, then try again.

  1. If the hint isn't helpful, go to the main WebAdvisor page (click on Main Menu if you are at the login page) and click on the What’s My Password link in the lower right corner.
  2. Enter your last name in lower case letters.
  3. Enter either your SSN OR your SCC ID number (must enter 7 digits so put zeros in front if needed. Example: ID #=12345, enter 0012345)
  4. Click Submit. If your e-mail address is the correct one, a new password is emailed to you. How long it takes to receive the e-mail depends on your account, connection and other internet factors. If you have not received an e-mail after 2 hours, there is no e-mail address listed, or the one listed is incorrect, please contact us.

When you get to the "Change Password" page, remember:

  1. Enter your full name user ID in all lower case letters. Your "old" password is the one you just used that was e-mailed to you.
  2. There are instructions at the top of the page (just under Change Password) that describe how to build a new password. Your new password must follow those guidelines.
Be sure to use the Hint feature to help you remember what your password is.
Example: cat's name is Fluffy, password is fluffy1, hint is "cat1". Passwords are case sensitive.
